Shipping Policy

Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

After your item is printed, which could take 1-7 business days, shipping times are usually:

  • USA: 3-5 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • World: 10-20 business days

Because many of apparel items are made custom on-demand for you, please allow 3-7 days for production. Your order will be sent out on average within 3-7 days of ordering. 

Factors that may affect the timeline for your delivery include weekends, holidays, and weather that may impact shipments.

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Tracking:

As soon as your item ships, you will receive an automated email with your shipment tracking information. If you have not received this automated email, it normally means that your order is still in process of being printed and fulfilled. Your patience is appreciated. If more than 10 business days have passed since you placed your order and you still have not received an email with your tracking information, feel free to reach out us at contact@sixmilesup.com

Where We Ship and Rates:

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If Your Order Never Arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct but you still haven't received your order, get in touch with us at contact@sixmilesup.com noting your order number.

 

Returns Policy

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days using the form on our contact page.

Wrong Size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at contact@sixmilesup.com (or use the contact page on our site) and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Change of Mind:

Because all items are printed and/or customized just for you after placing your order, we normally cannot offer refunds unless there is a problem with the item, or an error on our part. If you need to make a return due to a problem or error on our part, you must do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Any returned apparel must be in new, unworn condition.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for or reimburse the return shipping costs.

While in most cases you will receive your refund sooner, please allow up to 30 days for your refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
